Returned Goods Policy

A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) is required to return Evolus products. Products will not be credited without an RGA and credit will only be issued if it is within the terms of this Return Goods Policy, as solely determined by Evolus.

A Return Goods Authorization may be obtained by calling or emailing your request to:

JeuveauTM is FINAL SALE with exception to the following conditions noted below.

Damaged in Shipping:

  • Products received damaged may be returned for full credit when reported in writing to Evolus within three (3) business days of receipt of the order being delivered. Please have FedEx note “damaged” on the freight bill when possible.
  • Evolus must authorize damaged product returns and issue an RGA
  • Authorized product returns must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of the issuance of the RGA.
  • Upon request, customer shall furnish such documentation as required for Evolus to file a freight claim and recover loss from the carrier.

Shortages:

  • Upon receipt of product, customers are requested to verify quantities of units received against original shipping documents by performing a physical count. Any discrepancies must be reported to Evolus within three (3) days of receipt, at which time Evolus may initiate an investigation.

Incorrect Product Shipped:

  • Incorrect items shipped may be returned for full credit when reported in writing to Evolus within three (3) business days of receipt of the order being delivered.
  • Evolus must authorize the product return and issue an RGA
  • Authorized product returns must be returned within seven (7) calendar days of the issuance of the RGA.

Recalled Products:

  • In the event of a recall, product must be returned separately from any other product return. Instructions for returning recalled product will be referenced on the official recall notification at the time of the event.

Procedure for Returning Products:

  • All returnable products must be returned to Evolus at the following address:

Returns of Evolus products must include the customer account number, RGA number, and whenever possible, a copy of the original packing slip.

Submission of the return product does not constitute Evolus’ acceptance for credit. All charges associated with processing returned goods (i.e., transportation, processing fees) shall be the responsibility of the customer and shall not be reimbursed by Evolus. Evolus products returned outside these policy guidelines will not be returned and no credit will be issued.

Terms:

  • Reimbursement will be made in the form of a credit memo applied to customer’s current account balance or future purchases.
  • Evolus will not issue credit or accept charges/deductions for administrative, handling, freight charges, or other processing fees associated with the return of product to Evolus.
  • Credit or reimbursement will not be issued for product destroyed by customer or third parties.
